Blast From The Past

I've been feeling ambitious lately and decided that I need to start using up some of my stash before I move, not only to save some space packing, but also to get some more current things to replace some of the things I've had for years and always thought were too pretty to use.

So i got out a bunch of old pictures and started Scrapping. 6 Pages later and I still feel like I haven't even begun to make a dent in anything. I guess that means I'll be printing more pictures this weekend and doing it all over again.

Anyone have any ideas on how to use up your stash of supplies??

Motivation Monday

If you're anything like me, I'm the kind of person that needs some kind of inspiration to want to scrap, whether its taking the right picture, finding a beautiful piece of paper, or the perfect embellishment. And then when that doesn't work I'm left wondering, Where can I go to get some inspiration?

There are hundreds of scrapbooking sites on the internet and magazines galore around town. This week we will start with one of my favorites.

My favorite website is Twopeasinabucket.com They have all kinds of challenges, free classes, and the gallery is full of layouts ranging from professionals, as well as the everyday stay at home mom.

This Week sign up for the website if you havent already And Pick a challenge from the challenge page. I guarentee that once you start looking at all the amazing layouts You'll wonder how you ever went without the site. :)
This week A new free class is on the website about getting more use of your patterned paper Thats what i'll be participating in. :)

Hello Ladies

Well this is the first time I have ever tried blogging. I am a serial blog follower and never have the courage to start my own, so i figured lets give it a try.

I am a military wife ( and was a military brat for 20 years).
and MOST importantly
I am completley addicted in every way to Scrapbooking and Photography,
Ever since my best friend made me a scrapbook all the way back in 8th grade.
